This policy explains what personal data this site collects and why. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, the time you subscribed and your consent. Nothing else.
- Email you send us: your address, your message and anything you include.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party embeds. We set no cookies.
Why and on what legal basis
Newsletter: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time. Email replies: our legitimate interest in answering you. Server logs: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Email: as long as needed to deal with your request, then deleted. Cloudflare keeps logs under its own policy.
Who receives it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores newsletter addresses and routes our email. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Cloudflare relies on approved transfer mechanisms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU and UK under GDPR, Israel under the Protection of Privacy Law, Turkey under KVKK, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to legal@yudolovich.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Unsubscribe
Email legal@yudolovich.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE from the address you used. Every newsletter will also carry an unsubscribe line.
Children
This site is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Family information
The Heritage page names deceased and historical family members only. If you are a relative and want an entry changed or removed, write to us.
